-05:00 PM: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An Center. Start the trip passing through the lively street and vibrant coner of the Hoi An Ancient Town. Along the way, you'll get to truly taste the authentic flavors of Hoi An cuisine, some of which is from decades-old sidewalk stalls and local eateries that most tourists miss.

►Cao Lau: Hoi An's signature thick rice noodles with pork, herbs, and special sauce.

►Cơm Gà (Chicken rice): Flavorful chicken rice, a local favorite.

►BBQ Pork Rolls: Tasty BBQ pork wrapped in rice paper with fresh herbs.

►Bánh Bột Lọc (Rice dumpling cake): Sticky rice cakes filled with shrimp or green beans.
