-07h30: Our tour guide and drive’s Proud Vietnam will pick you up at Phu Bai International Airport. Depart for Hue and enjoy Bun Bo Hue.
- Start our heritage journey by visiting Hue Imperial City – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the only remaining relic that accurately describes the life of 13 Emperors of Vietnam during the feudal period including landmarks such as:
►Ngo Mon
►Nine Dinh
►Thai Hoa Palace
►Purple Forbidden City
- Then, we continue to visiting the Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest and most beautiful pagoda in Hue, located nestled along the banks of the Perfume River in Hue. Come here, visitors not only admire the unique architecture such as Phuoc Duyen Tower but also are heard about famous and sacred anecdotes in this place by our guide.
- 11h30: Enjoy Hue speciality lunch in royal style environment.
- Then our tour guide will drop you off at the hotel and check in procedures.
- 14h30: Following our destination program, we will visit the Nguyen Emperor – Tu Duc 's Royal Tomb - also known as Khiêm Lăng. Nestled in the tranquil hills near Hue, Vietnam, is a breathtaking masterpiece of harmony between nature and architecture. Threrefore,it is one of the most beautiful tombs of the Nguyen Dynasty Kings because of its elaborate architecture and charming landscape.
- Leaving Tu Duc Tomb, We will visit the Nguyen Emperor - Khai Dinh's Royal Tomb, known as the most beautiful and unique mausoleum in the tomb system in Hue. It is a combination of East-West classic and modern architecture. Therefore, compared to other tombs in Hue, Khai Dinh tomb is smaller, but more elaborate and time- consuming.
- Next, we will depart to visit Dong Ba Market the biggest and busiest trading center in Hue City. When visiting Dong Ba market, visitors can experience all the best local food of Hue. Dong Ba market also a best place for travellers to buy the cultuarl gifts and souvenirs of Hue to bring homeland such as ‘Nón Lá’ (conical hats) “mè xửng” (Hue traditional candies), Truoi berries, Tuan tea, “tôm chua”(Hue Sour Shrimp), lotus seed of Tinh Tam Lake, etc. Particularly, travellers can learn how to bargain and experience it like a real local.
- 18h30: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
- 20h00: Enjoy Hue folk song on Dragon Boat in Huong River – “National Intangible Cultural Heritage” We can feel the singer's sound with both sorrowful and delightful moods in local languages.
- Then, back to the hotel overnight in a hotel with night activities.
- 08h00: This morning, We will start departing for sightseeing.
- The first destination is Hổ Quyền, also known as Tiger Arena. It was constructed under the Nguyen dynasty and was a Roman-style arena where emperors, Mandarins, and locals enjoyed fierce fights between elephants and tigers. It was at this tiger arena that elephants got ready for the battles.
- The next destination will be the Voi Ré palace - one cultural monument which was recognized as a national monument in 1998. This palace was properly considered the place to pay honour to elephants—the essential animals in war and transportation in the past. Legendarily, it was originated from the loyalty and love of animal servants to owners; therefore, the public adored elephants as the spiritual god. Voi Ré palace now worships the shrines of the most four brave elephants with the brilliant feat of arms under the Nguyen Dynasty. Those brave elephants were conferred Commander-in-chief featuring: Tượng Ré, Tượng Bích, Tượng Nhĩ and Tượng Bôn.
- 11h00: Have lunch at Hue restaurant.
Then we back to the hotel and take a break.
-15h00: Then, An Dinh Palace is our next destination – recognized as a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO. This"century-old pearl" of the ancient capital, exudes the ancient and moss-covered beauty of time without losing its grand cultural, historical, and architectural values from the Nguyen Dynasty as well as linked to the lives of the last two kings of the Nguyen Dynasty, Emperor Khai Dinh and Emperor Bao Dai.
- 16h00: we will come to Thuy Xuan incense-making village. Up to now, Thuy Xuan Incense-making village is more than 700 years old, and the incense profession here has been handed down since the Nguyen Dynasty. Having gone through many historical events, Thuy Xuan people are still attached to the incense profession. They stick together not only to make a living but also to preserve the traditions left by their ancestors. This is where you can learn about making incense, check in with costumes, and find a space for colorful incense bouquets of red, blue, purple, and yellow.
- 17h00: Have dinner at Hue restaurant.
After having dinner, visitors will come back to the hotel and overnight in a hotel with night activities.
-07h00: This morning, we will start departing for An Bang Cemetery where people who are living in preparation for death, known as “thousandth sleep”.
On the way, you will be amazed by the magnificent mausoleums of all sizes and styles located on both sides of the road, mixed with residential areas. Each tomb area is like a miniature palace full of mascots (unicorn, lycanthrope, tortoise, phoenix) guarding it.
- Leaving An Bang village, we continue to travel to My Khanh Cham Tower - built in the 8th century. After being excavated by sinking deep under the coastal sand dunes, this is the oldest and most intact structure among the Cham towers still existing along the central strip of Vietnam.
- Next destination is My Loi Ancient Village. An ancient village nearly 500 years old, recognized as a National Cultural and Historical Monument with a rich history of pure Vietnamese culture, history and architecture. In addition, this place is also known by the name "Quang Village in the heart of Hue" because the people here all speak Quang Nam.
- 11h00: Have lunch at Hue local restaurant and take a break.
- 14h00: Our tour guide and driver will drop you off at Phu Bai International Airport and say goodbye to the group. Thank you and see you again.
