Tour Program
- 08:00 AM: Our driver and guide will pick you up at the meeting point or your hotel in Hue City Center. Start our heritage journey by visiting Hue Imperial Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the home of Vietnam's last royal dynasty—the Nguyen Dynasty—where you will have the chance to see the living, working, worshipping, and relaxing areas of 13 emperors of Vietnam during the feudal period—the last royal family in Vietnam—including landmarks such as:
►Ngo Mon
►Nine Dinh
►Thai Hoa Palace
►Purple Forbidden City
- Leaving Hue Citadel, we transfer to an Ancient Garden House nestled by the Huong River. It is rich in the old spirit of Hue when blending the charm of ancient houses and the refreshing river breeze.
- Get on the dragon boat and go along the Huong River—the Perfume River—the “soul” of Hue shaped the mysterious beauty to enjoy the fresh atmosphere and peaceful beauty of Hue on the way to Thien Mu Pagoda.
- Upon arrival at Thien Mu pagoda—the oldest and most beautiful pagoda in Hue, located nestled along the banks of the Perfume River in Hue. Come here, visitors not only admire the unique architecture, such as Phuoc Duyen Tower, but also hear about famous and sacred anecdotes in this place from our guide.
- Enjoy your lunch on the boat.
- In the afternoon, we will visit Khai Dinh King’s Tomb—a blend of Western and Eastern architecture that has left its imprint on specific constructions in Khai Dinh Tomb. It is the last construction under the Nguyen Dynasty.
- Head to Thuy Xuan incense and conical hat village to visit a local family who produce the conical hat, or “Nón lá” in Vietnamese—a symbol recognised worldwide. You are captivated by the meticulous process and artistry behind these beautiful cultural icons. Hands-on experience making incense sticks.
- Following our destination program, we will visit the Nguyen Emperor – Tu Duc King’s Tomb - also known as Khiêm Lăng. Nestled in the tranquil hills near Hue, Vietnam, is a breathtaking masterpiece of harmony between nature and architecture.
- The last destination is Vong Canh Hill - a scenic spot known for its perfect harmony of mountains and rivers. Once a favorite retreat of Nguyen emperors, the hill offers a poetic panoramic view of the Perfume River and the surrounding countryside.
- 04:30 PM: Return to your hotel in Hue City Center. Tour ends!
