French Peach, Moc Chau plum
French peach is planted in Moc Chau (Son La) will be crop in end of May. Ripe peach is yellow and a bit red, some plain skin as plum and some not. Both is smell good, a little bit sour, and sweet. If you eating imediatly, should chose big, ripe ones, but to keep it and bring home, you should chose the average one, preserve easy . Peach season is also plum season in Moc Chau. Ripe plum is purple, you can go to the garden with local people, crop and eat imediatly in garden.
